The Space
This modern villa is located in Biniancolla, just 30 meters from the sea, with the safe sandy beach of Punta Prima just a few minutes' drive away. The accommodation is all on one level and consists of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen fitted with a range of modern appliances.
The villa benefits from high quality modern furniture and air conditioning. Wooden exterior sliding doors transform the building, when closed through the front terrace, to provide complete privacy. Patio furniture under the covered terrace and a barbecue allows you to enjoy cookouts and watch the sunset. Sliding doors from the living rooms give access to the terraces and the pool, which has Roman steps. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Off-road parking is available for at least 2 cars in the unit. The villa benefits from good sea views and is only 30m from the water's edge! This is a wonderful place away from mainstream tourism to relax by the sea.
It has 4 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 3 with twin beds, each with air conditioning.
The Location
This is a wonderful place away from mainstream tourism to relax by the sea. The villa is located in the quiet village of Biniancolla, with some local restaurants and picturesque cove. If you want to travel a little further, Punta Prima is nearby and offers a mediterranean atmosphere and an artisan market most evenings. The beach is lovely, the water is crystal clear and excellent for snorkelling, and the fish restaurants by the sea are divine. Alternatively, the beautiful fishing village built specifically for Binibeca is nearby with a local mini train running between the two tourist centres.

From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
