The Space

Villa Thalassa is a large airy property, built to a high standard and comfortably furnished. The living accommodation consists of, large lounge area with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. The dining area is set out on the galleried landing, five steps above lounge area. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary electrical household appliances and also has a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twins bedrooms all with air condition. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the two twin bedrooms share a shower room. There is another small room with WC and wash basin. The attic space has two sofas, which would perhaps suite teenage children.

There is a private roof terrace, where one can sit and enjoy the sea views. Villa Thalassa
has a private pool of aprox. 9x4m with ample terraces both uncovered and covered and all the necessary poolside furniture.

The Location

Villa Thalassa is situated in a prime front-line position, between Binibeca and Punta Prima and offers superb sea views. Binibeca with it's lovely sandy beach is 1km away and the commercial centre 600m.
The airport, town and port of Mahon is around 15 minutes by car, the historic local town of Sant Lluis just 10 minutes, and a range of alternative beaches 5 - 10 minutes away.

Including mid-week towel change on a 7 day stay or linen, towel change and light clean on a 14-night stay.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
