The Space
Villa Mariola is built in two levels. It comprises of an open plan living-dining room, a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, etc which has all the necessary appliances in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the lower floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two bedrooms with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
Outside there is a covered terrace area, private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a stone built BBQ. The villa is surrounded by pines and has partial sea view. Full air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. A car is recommended.
Location
Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca Nou is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
The villa is located 750m from the nearest supermarkets and amenities. 550m from the beach and 1.3m from the fishing village. Finally, it is15km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
