The Space
A complex of four semi-detached houses, built in a Menorcan style, with two/three bedrooms and parcial sea-views. All of them share a communal swimming pool and a covered terrace. Each property comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a family bathroom, an equipped kitchen with washing machine included and a living room that leads out on to a covered terrace that is great for al-fresco dining.

Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
This villa finds itself 200m from the nearest supermarkets and other amenities. The nearest beach is 1km away and the airport is 20km away.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
